Important Information

The straws are removable, despite the ring around the end of it. We are NOT advertising that the straw will stay in the tumbler when the product is tilted on its side. The tumbler is NOT designed or advertised to be leak proof or insulated. There is a small gap between the straw and the cap so the angle of the straw can be easily adjusted. You may experience condensation on the outside of the tumbler when the drink is cold and the humidity is high.

Product Materials

The clear base of the tumbler is made of Eastman Tritan Copolyester. This material is universally recognized as the safest and most durable plastic available on the market today. It has been approved by multiple regulatory agencies around the world including the FDA here in the United States. The cap and straw are made of PP/AS, which are also widely recognized as premium plastics that are safe to use.

Product Care

All components are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing the straw and cap. Running hot, soapy water through the straw cleans it better than a dishwasher. Also, the high heat of the dishwasher and harsh chemicals of detergents naturally wear down plastics/fade colors over longer periods of time. Handwashing the cap will keep it looking great and lengthen the life of the product.
