- This cam is used in the S&S 111" Super Sidewinder Plus engines
â€¢ New style breather is not dependant on the rotation of the crankshaft to make it open and closeâ€¢ Reeds open when the pressure in the crankcase is greater than the pressure in the cam chest and close when the pressure in the cam chest is equal to or greater than the pressure in the crankcaseâ€¢ By opening and closing â€œon demandâ€ the reed valves automaticly compensate for the lag time associated with accelerating the mas of air as it is forced out of the crankcaseâ€¢ Increases performance and stops high-RPM oil carryoverâ€¢ Installation is fast and simple, no aligning timing marks and norotating parts
