- POLAR COOLING ACTION: SU-PER Polar Tite is a heavily medicated poultice with polar cooling action. It is a vinegar poultice, using pure glacial acetic acid to create a profound cooling sensation.
- MEDICATED POULTICE: It is effective for use in drawing inflammation, soothing strained muscles and tendons, and minimizing heat, general stiffness and soreness.
- MULTI-PURPOSE: It is a multi-purpose vinegar poultice, tightener, and freeze. This poultice is a good choice for horses that need more cooling and drawing than what the standard poultice options can provide.
- OTHER USES: It can also be used as a pre-event “freeze” when applied to the legs for one hour prior to an event, and it can be used as a hoof packing, when there is pain/swelling/sensitivity in the sole or you are dealing with an abscess that needs to be addressed.
- APPLICATION: For maximum results, cover area to be treated with a liberal amount and cover with moist, brown paper. Then wrap with plastic and hold in place with a quilted leg wrap or sheet cotton and a standing bandage. Leave in place for 12 to 24 hours.
