Our lateral brain earrings are made from Lead free safe pewter. They measure .5 inches in width and .3 inches in height (not including the bail ring) They hang from sterling silver ear hooks that come with plastic safety backings. They have been hand carved and then cast. They come packaged in an elegant black glass topped box, A silver description about the brain adds a final extra touch to it's presentation.
