This assorted 6 pack of salami makes a fabulous gift. You will receive 1 stick each of Genovese, S.F. Style, Fennel, Cabernet, Hot Tuscano & Pepperoni. Substitutions accepted via email. This uncured salami contains no added nitrates or nitrites, except those naturally occurring in celery juice and sea salt. UNCURED is an unfortunate term created by the FDA that simply means that the product is free of chemical nitrates & nitrites. It does NOT mean that the salami is not dry cured. This salami will keep just as long as conventional dry salami. These are vacuum sealed under the brown paper. This is a shelf stable product. Refrigerate after opening. Founded in 1937, Milan Salami is one of the oldest Salami companies in the San Francisco bay area. Milan Salami has remained small and family owned all these years.
