- 80g OF FAST-ACTING CARBOHYDRATES: Beta Fuel has been developed to deliver the maximum amount of carbohydrate in a 2:1 ratio of Maltodextrin to Fructose whilst limiting gastrointestinal distress. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose enables the body to absorb 90g of carbs per hour. 50% more than what can be achieved by glucose alone.
- MINIMAL GI DISTRESS: Fuelling requirements for long endurance events (greater than 2.5 hours) are 60-90 g of carbohydrate per hour. The ability to deliver such high levels of carbohydrate with minimized risk of GI issues is crucial to performance. Beta Fuel can be used to meet these fuelling demands in an isotonic solution.
- EASY TO TAKE: Mix one serving (84 g) of Beta Fuel with 500 ml of fluid. No complicated directions, our drink isn’t limited by a need to use a specific type of water like other niche brands, simply mix & go.

During long endurance events greater than 2.5 hours, it is recommended to fuel with 60-90 grams of carbohydrate per hour, from the first hour.
