Seki Japan Kitchen Knife Sharpener, 3 Stage Diamond, Carbide and Ceramic Honing System, Restore and Polish Blades, Sharpens Dull Knives Quickly
This sharpener requires only 3 steps. Step 1: Use the diamond grindstone to shave a worn cutting edge coarsely. Step 2: Use the carbide grindstone to thin the cutting edge and improve sharpness. Step 3: To finish, use the fine ceramic grindstone to make the edge of the blade smooth. In 3 steps, you can revive the sharpness of knives that have lost their cutting edge.
Giving too much pressure on the blade may damage the grindstone or the blade edge. Sharpen a knife picturing that you pull the knife towards you slowly with a little force.
Prevention rubbers attached to the bottom allow to fix the sharpener firmly on the table even with a strong force.
