- Dual Spring Mechanism: Integrates an automatic feed and buffer drive with two feeding springs and two reversing springs. The preset control allows easy tap braking control operation.
- Threaded Installation Design: Suitable for use with tapping machines or for fixed thread mounting spindles, it can be used with drilling machines, drill beds, and manually operated machines with rotating spindles.
- Reverse Mechanism: Enables automatic reversal without the need to stop the main spindle, providing faster tool retraction speed. It helps to prevent tool damage and tap breakage, and a high reverse ratio enhances productivity.
- Overload : Featuring adjustable and a vibration clutch with active engagement, it enables smoother, more accurate operations, and quicker reversals. The radial floating is self centering to compensate for off center hole alignment.
