We recommend baking at 380° for 40 min. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS on the box: Preheat oven to 350 (conventional or convection oven). Put frozen product directly onto sheet pan allowing 2" between pieces. Do not grease pan. Doubling sheet pans works best. Spray pans liberally with a spray bottle filled with water. Bake approximately 30-4- minutes turning entire tray around during baking. Cook until color is a deep golden brown and dough is leafy. Sfogliatelle should be reheated briefly to serve. Once baked, pastries can be refrigerated up to 7 days. Pastries should be refrozen if kept for a longer period of time. DO NOT REHEAT IN A MICROWAVE OVEN. Our recommendations is to bake at 380 for 40-45 min, and otherwise follow above directions.
