Work Leg Muscles Anywhere
Can be used seated or standing & with or without your shoe:
1. Place ShinTekk on a flat firm surface.
2. Insert foot into the trough, placing the toes under the u-bar.
3. Keep the heel planted firmly on the base at a 90-degree angle, apply tension to the bungee by raising the toes upwards.
4. Slowly return foot to resting position. Repeat.
