How to put it on
1. Put on the left side first. Remain the cup upright. DO ensure the clip toward the belly button, otherwise there will no lift. cover the free fats as many as possible. Then put on the right cup.
2. DO NOT stick on any area except breasts, otherwise, there will have no lift effect.
3. Make sure both cups remain upright, then lift breasts.
4. Clasp the clip.

HOW TO REMOVE BRA
Take your time, unclasp the clip first, then gently peel off the bra starting from the top and downward. If any adhesive residue remains on the skin after removed, simply wipe skin a soft tissue to remove.

AUTION
1. DO NOT use the bra on any damaged or broken skin, including skin with cuts, sunburn or rashes because this will aggravate the condition.
