Our Luster Dusts are food grade and are the second to most fine powder we offer. Luster Dusts impart a brilliant shine with pearlized tones in various color shades. They are ideal for use with gum paste, fondant, cookies, and more. Luster Dusts can be turned into a shiny liquid when mixed with a small amount of lemon extract or vodka, and brushed on your product. Many cookie decorators use luster dusts wet or dry with stencils to brush designs and patterns onto set royal icing. Food Grade.For more permanent application, liquefy with Tylose gum glue or confectioners glaze. 4 grams.
