Fry for 3 1/2 minutes. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Arrange 28 pancakes on a full size sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake for 14 to 19 minutes. Standard Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Arrange 28 pancakes on a full size sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake for 19 to 21 minutes. Griddle: Preheat griddle to 350 degree F. Lightly oil griddle. Cook for 6 minutes. Turn and cook the other side for 4 minutes. Impinger Oven: Preheat oven to 500 degree F. Arrange pancakes on a non-stick screen and cook for 8 1/2 minutes.
