In 1946, the Benny Goodman band left California, and Art Lund, their resident male vocalist, stayed behind to forge a career on his own. He signed with the newly formed MGM record company & his first release, "Mam'sell/Sleep Time Gal," was an instant hit. These and the next ten releases are presented here in chronological order, demonstrating the strong voiced baritone which made him famous with Benny Goodman & subsequently in musicals.
