Designed for speed, but with innovative performance technologies to promote a mid-foot strike that allows for a fluid transition and efficiency in each stride. Upper These Skechers Go Run 4 Women's Running Shoes, in the special 2016 edition, come with a one-piece upper, engineered to deliver a comfortable and supportive fit and improved breathability and flexibility with additional room for the forefoot. The form fitting and virtually seamless, sublimated mesh upper with lightweight overlays employs flatlock stitching for a seamless feel that reduces skin irritation. The soft, smooth incorporated fabrics will give you an easy barefoot feel but you will receive the needed stability of a running shoe. This stability is provided by TPU overlays with integrated lacing on the shoe's sides that guarantee a supportive and secure fit. Midsole Radically lightweight, the Skechers Go Run 4 features a proprietary injection-molded compound with memory retention, named Resalyte. This helps absorb impact and protects the foot during the initial heel contact phase; producing an enhanced response during the toe off whilst bringing you closer to a barefoot experience and providing sufficient impact protection at the same time. Moreover, Resalyte Power Pillar cushioning provides a soft and even more responsive ride.
