Skin Obsession's 50% Alpha Beta Chemical peels can truly stop your acne outbreak in its tracks. The Beta component, Salicylic Acid, is a common treatment for acne, but we have increased the concentration to a more effective level than you can get over the counter. In addition, we have the second component, the Alpha Hydroxy acid: Glycolic acid, at 50%, which helps keep your skin exfoliated and fresh, preventing the ability of acne to form under the skin and in the pores. The next step up from our 40% Alpha Beta peel, this is a light/medium peel, and is significantly stronger. This strength of peel is great for people who already know how their skin responds to a chemical peel. Beginners should start with the 30-40% Alpha Beta, and work up to the 50%. This peel does a great job of retexturizing the skin, restoring the radiance of your youth. These easy to use peels combine the benefits of both the AHA's and BHA's, with light to moderate peeling at the 50% concentration. These peels are repeated monthly this kit provides enough peel solution for approximately 6-8 months worth of peels.
