Instructions:

1. Soak sponge until it fully expands.
2. Flex several times to reduce stiffness.
3. Gently exfoliate with the loofah side or flip the strap and use the delicate back side.
4. When done using, hang in well ventilated area to dry.
5. Replace after 2-3 weeks or when you notice any signs of excessive use such as a strong odor or material fatigue. If using it more often such as on a daily basis, you may need to replace it every 1-2 weeks.
