A durable 1/2HP chain-drive opener is included with this set, as well as the necessary rail for installation with a 7-foot tall door. Safety is provided by the easy-to-install infrared beam kit and the self-learning force that stops when it detect resistance. A wall button and remote (with visor clip) are provided, featuring rolling- technology that changes the access after each use to prevent unwanted access. The opener supports a 60W lightbulb (not included) that gradually dims before shutting off. Overall dimensions: 120L x 8W x 3H inches. Powered by a 0.5HP chain-drive motor.
