The Keypad Transmitter provides the convenience of entry into your garage without the use of remotes or keys. If the Models 39 or 89 are not compatible with your existing garage door opener, you can purchase Universal Receiver Model UR-100 to work in conjunction with Model 39 or 89 (Sold Separately).

Trouble Shooting Steps:
- Try different frequency settings, most likely customer set to the wrong frequency which will operate the door with a very short range.
- Erase the garage door opener memory and re-program the remote
- If the original remote has the same range issue, it may be the problem from the opener of frequency shifted
