Chef Nicholas Lodge has included some natural elements in his mold range which will work perfectly either independently or in conjunction with the Flowers and leaves in the Flower Pro collection. The Small Antlers Mold is perfect for cupcakes and cookies and gorgeous designs can be created using the small elements from the pinecones, ferns, filler flowers holly and mistletoe to name a few. A great winter themed mold for the holidays, Christmas or for grooms cakes.
Each Antler measures 74mm x 31mm x 6mm.

How to Use with Fondant or Sugarpaste

Wash and dry molds well before use and lightly dust with corn flour to ease release. Keeping mould on a flat firm surface, push in a smooth ball of paste. Press paste evenly and firmly into mould without overfilling. Use a rolling pin and apply even pressure to ensure all areas are full and the base is flat. Scrape away any excess paste then push paste away from the edges so that you get a clean release. Turn over mold and release paste embellishment gently onto a clean surface.
