CARE AND MAINTENANCE

 

---- Care Skills----

1. Prevent sudden cooling or heating;

2. After small fire precooking,  please slowly raise the temperature of the pot and keep a medium-low fire. Please DO NOT directly pour cold water to medium-high heat pot. It would cause enamel exfoliating;

3. Please try not to use metal kitchen tools in case of scratching enamel;

4. Always use oven gloves to grip side handles or cover knobs, as they will become hot.

---- Solution for Charred ----

1. Dip in warm water before washing;

2. Heat with a medium-low fire, but not to boil;

3. Add 2 tablespoons baking soda;

4. Wait until stains are all dissolved in water.

 

---- Solution for Rustiness ----

If it is not wiped dry after using, it would cause iron stains. Don't worry, it is normal. Try these steps to remove them:

1. Sprinkle some salt on the stains;

2. Wipe 2-3 times with potato slice;

3. Brush with cooking oil.
