A:1.Download app from Apple Store or Google Play.
2.Turn phone bluetooth on--open the App--Device--bind device, then search and pair the
device with your phone.
3.The band will vibrate once it paired, the time on the band will be auto synchronized.
Q:Can't pair the device?
A:1.Check phone bluetooth list, forget all device ever connected.
2. Go to the app--device--unbind device, disconnect it.
3. Then pair it again.

Q:Blood pressure, heart rate and steps monitor is inaccurate.
A:Secure the device close to your wrist. Hair, tattoos, and scars may affect heart rate,
blood pressure and steps measurement testing.
Q:The APP did not work with watch.
A:Make sure the device is powered on. Keep away from other Bluetooth devices before pairing.
Make sure the device and band are as close as possible.
Make sure no other device is paired with the band.
If the above does not work, please restart your device. Reconnect it.
