The band returns once again to Wales' Foel Studios with producer Russ Russel (Amorphis, The Exploited), who has worked with the band on their last three releases, The Code Is Red... Long Live The Code, Enemy Of The Music Business and Order Of The Leech. Having returned with a vengeance with their last outing, The Code Is Red..., Napalm Death are out to prove yet again that there's still plenty of piss and vinegar left in the machine. Smear Campaign is ferocious and focused intensity, plain and simple. Desperate times call for desperate music and Napalm Death have never failed to deliver during those bleakest of times.
