Comprising former Soft Machine members Hugh Hopper on bass and Elton Dean on saxophone, former Hatfield & the North drummer Pip Pyle, and Gilgamesh keyboard player Alan Gowen, the group recorded this sole album for Charly Records in 1978, drawing stylistically upon each member's musical pedigree producing a record of excellence.
