- Marking/cutting gauges are indispensable when marking out precision jointery
- Solid brass 1.625” diameter micro adjust lockable head, knurled adjustment knob and tail
- Hardened 3/8” diameter round cutter easily slices across wood grain. Comes with 2 additional cutters.
- Cutter head retraces into countersink in head to protect when not in use
- 7" by 5/16" diameter hardened steel beam is grooved to prevent head rotating during adjustments
This is a well-made marking/cutting gauge that is indispensable when laying out woodworking joints. Head, adjustment knob and tail are solid brass. Head is 1.625" in diameters and can be micro adjusted with one hand using and .750" diameter knurled adjustment screw. Cutter size is .375" and is made from hardened steel and will easily slice across wood grain. Kit comes with 2 additional cutters. Cutter retracts into countersink in head to protect when not in use. Steel beam is 7" long by 5/16" in diameter, is hardened and has groove milled along one edge to prevent head from rotating during fine adjustments.
