IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION! TO SELECT THE CORRECT DOOR SIZE, measure from the top of your pet's front shoulders to the floor. This will be the proper height of the door aperture, as well as the first two digits of the door model number. IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION: Be sure to indicate either a WALL INSTALL, if installing in a wall, or a DOOR INSTALL if installing in a door. An external cord is less attractive and dogs can chew on it. Please indicate your preference when ordering. IMPORTANT WALL THICKNESS INFORMATION: Measure the distance from the inside wall to the outside of the siding, stucco, brick, or stone. If the distance is 6" or less, no tunnel extension is required; if 6" to 8", a 2" tunnel extension is required; if greater than 8", a 4" tunnel extension is required. RECOMMENDED PET TAG INFORMATION: Your Solo Pet Door comes with a free pet tag, but we suggest ordering an additional tag in case your pet loses one. Solo pet pags are available here on Amazon. WARRANTY: Solo Pet Doors have a limited one-year warranty (from the date of purchase) to be free of manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials. Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided to the manufacturer for this warranty to apply. In that case, the manufacturer will replace, at no charge to the purchaser, the defective part(s). RETURNS: You may return your Solo Pet Door within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (less original and return shipping, and 15% restocking fee), provided that the pet door has never been installed and is in perfect condition.
