This sample pack includes:Genmai Cha (Japan) - before tea became affordable to the masses, the peasant class added dried rice to green tea to make small quantities go much further. As tea became more affordable the tea stuck, and is still enjoyed today even with as a household commodity. Iccha Kariban (Japan)- is a relatively new tea with a floral and refreshing, smooth, soft tea. Gunpowder (China)- Our Company's best seller, Gunpowder is a bold smoky green tea, best brewed mild. Yunnan Green Mao Feng (China) - A Chinese green tea that is composed only of select buds and creates a superb pale tea with light earthy notes. Very delicate with hints of sweet fruit. Tindharia Estate GTGOF (India) - Is our first Indian Green tea offering a high quality tea from of of India's oldest tea estates. This green tea has a robust character and a noticeable astringency only slightly redeemed by light fruity undertone. Much different than any green tea we offer or have sampled. Ambootia Estate Fannings (India) - Our second Indian green tea offering, is a complex tea, brisk, nutty and crisp. This organic green tea offers up a strong, sharp and clean fresh cup with a green and amber like tint.Recommendation:Use 1/2 Tbs. per cup, but leaves can be used up to 4 times. (i.e. save tea leaves, pour more water, brew again).
