Our Deluxe Sondergut Backgammon Game has patented snap together walls. The walls "snap" together like a snap bracelet. When locked, they create a wall to contain the rolling dice. And, when you are finished playing the game, simply "unlock" the snap walls and roll the game up for easy storage. The roll-up Travel games are designed in Germany by our backpacker friends at Sondergut. The game board is hand-sewn pliable leather and comes with all of the playing pieces. This is much larger than our smaller Sondergut games. The Deluxe version rolled-out board size is 14.5 x 11.5" and weights 1.2 pounds. Everything about the game was designed with two things in mind: To be lightweight and be the highest quality travel game on the market. Games come in a beautiful retail box and with game instructions. All playing pieces neatly fit in the zippered pocket for easy and reliable storage and transport. Playing pieces are 1"in diameter (larger than our travel size stones) and the dice have rounded edges for easy rolling. Includes the doubling cube.
