- 2. Large 7 ounce bag at a great price! Our Amla (also called Amlaki) is sourced directly from India. This fruit is cut into halves or quarters, deseeded and then sun-dried within a day of harvest.
- 3. No chemicals or preservatives. Just Dried Amla Fruit.
- 4. Our dried amla can be chewed on, It is naturally extremely hard and sour. We recommend soaking it in water for at least half an hour. It can also be ground in a spice grinder to yield amla powder (Check your grinder to ensure it can handle this tough fruit).
