INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert chosen vegetable into the green side of the Ribbonizer, and turn clockwise. If necessary, use the cap when the vegetable gets very short to minimize wastage. For best results, slant the vegetable slightly so that it's aligned with the blade, and remember that hard veggies are more suitable. There is a fun learning curve to this!

2. The Ribbonizer has 2 blades for different cut sizes. To change the blade being used, pull to detach the green part, rotate it 180 degrees, insert it back and make sure it clicks in snugly.

3. Use the tiny brush to unclog the Ribbonizer if the core of the vegetable accumulates in the center. Wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
