How to use the stainless steel whipped cream dispenser by SWEETNIK?
Step 1. Before using the cream whipper kit, the flask should be thoroughly rinsed with warm water and then with cold water. It is desirable that the whipper be cooled before use, which you can do in a refrigerator or under a stream of cold water. Food products used in cream whipping also need to be cooled ahead of time.
Step 2. The culinary whipper can only be filled up to the indicated volume, using the mark inside the container as a gauge. Our whip cream maker is designed for 1 pint (0.5 liter) of product. Liquid products are simply poured into the 500ml whipped cream dispenser.Solid ingredients and spices need to be ground, and salt and sugar dissolved in water so that small particles cannot block the opening of the dispenser.
Step 3. After all the products are loaded into the flask, the kitchen whipper should be closed with the head, where a cylinder with N2O gas (nitrogen dioxide) is inserted (Note: The gas cylinder is not included in the kit).
Step 4. To whip the mixture inside the chef quality whipped cream dispenser, shake several times in an upright position. 3 times should be adequate. If you shake too much, the resulting product will become too thick and will not come out of the refillable whipped cream dispenser properly.
Step 5. The finished whipped product can be stored in the refrigerator right in the whipped cream dispenser. The dimensions of the stainless steel dispenser allow the equipment to be placed directly on a refrigerator shelf.
