Stereo Messiah
British melodic rockers VEGA are back with their third studio album, STEREO MESSIAH which also marks their return to the Frontiers label, after the release on their debut album, 'Kiss of Life' in December 2010. The new recording features 12 songs of bombastic rock from start to finish that will leave you wanting more! One special note, the track '10 X Bigger than Love' was actually given to the band by Def Leppard singer Joe Elliot and he duets with singer Nick Workman on the song.
'Stereo Messiah' was recorded over the course of 14 days in two sessions. The hard work was done at Outhouse Studio in Reading, home to It Bites frontman, John Mitchell. John worked with the band as a 6th member and helped VEGA achieve their most accomplished album to date. Once the album was recorded, John completed the mixing process and then passed the baton to Harem Scarem's Harry Hess, who mastered the album at his studio in Canada.
VEGA have toured and performed alongside the likes of FM, Tesla, Saxon & Michael Schenker to name but a few. VEGA also did a UK headline tour of their own and received rave reviews for their energetic, fist pumping performances that are 'made for stadiums!'.
'Stereo Messiah' truly sees the band taking their song writing and performance to the next level.
