My product was delivered with a thin coating of dust on it, is this a used product The Sub-Zero Air filter contains Activated Charcoal, which is used in conjunction with several parts within the filter to remove harmful bacteria in your refrigerator. Once you install the new Air Filter inside the Refrigerator and reset the Pure Air button, if the unit is damaged, your Sub-Zero will promptly alert you.
