This tachometer has a black face with a dial measuring 3 3/8-in. It has a subtle metallic body and a smooth chrome finish. It has a 0 to 8000 RPM range and internal settings for 4, 6, and 8 cylinder and 12-volt negative ground engines. It has internal dial lighting, a 250-degree dial sweep, and is compatible with most automotive ignition systems including standard or electronic distributors, distributorless systems, and most aftermarket systems, excluding magnetos. It has a fast needle response and covers 90-percent of full scale in 4/10th of a second.
