Over 30 plus years ago to get Wild Discus to breed in captivity, I decided to make my own high protein super foods to bring the fish into a breeding condition. Guess what, it worked and today many commercial breeders use these recipes in my new book, showing how to make your own tropical fish super foods and at the same time saving you a ton of money!

The inspiration of wanting to write the book came from famous world renowned naked chef Jamie Oliver, where he wrote a recent book for humans titled "Super Foods" and also his long standing campaign, fighting for healthy eating in Schools for our kids.

So I thought why not!
