This ebooklet is a lovely crochet pattern: make piles and piles of this sweet and natural looking rose! And the nice thing about this rose is that it's worked continuously in the round, no rolling or sewing involved. For me (and I'm a slow crocheter), it takes a little more than half an hour to make.
The pattern is simple for someone who has a basic familiarity with crochet stitches: single crochet (sc) double crochet (dc), chain stitch (ch), slip stitch (sl st), etc. You also need to know how to work in the front loop only or back loop only of previous stitches.
For this rose, you’ll need a sweater weight yarn or light weight (baby) yarn and a size G hook . If you want smaller flowers, work them in thread crochet with a tiny steel hook!
