- Tungsten Electrode Size: The tungsten electrode sharpener is equipped with 4 brass guide screws to adapt to different sizes of tungsten electrodes. 0.04", 1/16", 3/32", and 1/8" (1mm, 1.6mm, 2.4mm, and 3.2mm).You can choose the appropriate brass guide screw and swap positions to grind the desired tungsten electrode angle
- Lightweight & Strong: Crafted from aluminum alloy, this grinder head is lightweight and convenient to use, while still providing exceptional strength and precision for your tungsten electrode sharpening needs.
- Easy to operate: Open head design makes it very convenient to install and remove grinding wheels, as you will have more space.
- Replacement Diamond Grinding Discs and CNC mandrels: Each set includes 5 replacement diamond grinding wheel and 2 CNC mandrels, allowing you to easily replace worn-out discs and continue sharpening your tungsten electrode with ease and efficiency.
