Directions:
- Unfold the strap with your thumbs and put it behind your head, then pull the lenses to your forehead.
- Move the lenses to your eye socket from forehead.
- After that, please adjust the strap to a proper position with your hands and test the tightness of the goggles.
- Press the goggles gently to squeeze out the excess air and do some tests in case of air leakage. Make sure the size of the goggles fully cover your eye socket to get the most comfort fit.

CAUTIONS:
Do not remove the goggle directly from your face and eyes in case it bounces back and hurts your eyes.
Do not use swimming goggles more than 30 minutes every time and rest your eyes after swimming.
