Tabata is a form of interval training that was developed in Japan. These workout routines are broken down into a high intensity work period followed by a short rest period. By adding this type of high intensity training to your current workout routines as well as adding a clean eating program will take your exercise training to the next level.
These Tabata workouts can be used with any equipment or strictly your body weight. For the purpose of these workout routines we will be using our body weight only.
You will only need access to a clock with a second hand or purchase an interval timer, which you can find on Amazon. Also, most smart phones have timer apps you can download, including some which are free.
