This an accurate dependable American made movement. The movement Case measures 2-1/8"W x 2-1/8"H x 5/8"D. The shaft diameter is 5/16". Includes minute hand, hour hand, and second hand. 11/16" threaded shaft has an overall length of 15/16" and 7/16" threaded shaft has an overall length of 11/16". Installation instructions: Time Setting -IF YOUR KIT INCLUDES GOLD MINUTE AND HOUR HANDS REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILM PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 1. Put minute hand on its shaft (secure it with the hand nut). Turn the hand set knob on the back of the movement until the minute hand is at 12 o'clock position. Remove the minute hand and the nut 2.Mount the hour hand on its shaft at the 12 o'clock position. Put the minute hand on its shaft and secure with the hand nut. Hands are now in an aligned position for time setting. Install the second hand/blank plug only enough so that it grabs the second hand shaft, do not bottom out the second hand/blank plug against the minute hand shaft. 3. Turn the hand set knob on the back of the movement to set it to the proper time. 4. WARNING. Never try to set the time by moving the hands. You will strip internal gears and void the warranty. 5.Check that none of the hands are in contact with one another at any point along the length of the hands, this will result in inaccurate timekeeping. Make sure that the hour hand is pushed all the way back on the hour hand shaft. If your movement is not keeping time after set-up double check that the hands are clear of one another.
