Take Me Home is the third CD release for Celtic Thunder. Take Me Home continues along their Celtic journey featuring songs, new and old, from Irish and Scottish heritages. Traditional songs such are the album's namesake Take Me Home and Homes of Donegal are performed with Celtic Thunder style, while the show also brings new versions of much loved Folk and Pop songs such as Working Man, Wichita Lineman and the Groban classic You Raise Me Up. Celtic Thunder's signature take on international hits such as Every Breath You Take by The Police, Andrea Bocelli's Because We Believe and The Proclaimers hit 500 Miles. Powerful diversity of music and amazing vocal talent are the hallmark of all Celtic Thunder shows. In 2015 Celtic Thunder updated two of the tracks on Take Me Home, You Raise Me Up features newcomer Emmett O'Hanlon and Take Me Home is an ensemble recording featuring the current cast of Celtic Thunder.
