The Comforts of Madness, the band's debut studio album, was released in 1990. An ambitious sound that remains unique right to this day, Ian Masters and the crew successfully merged dream pop with rather gentle shoegaze. The album includes a cover of Opal's, "Fell From the Sun," and was produced by John Fryer and Gil Norton.
Remastered for vinyl for the first time in over two decades, this record is pressed on high quality, European vinyl. This is the first ever U.S. release of The Comforts Of Madness on vinyl, the way it was meant to be heard.
