The Emergent Task Planner 3-Month Mini Notebook (5.8x8.5)
New Updated Version 4 Design for 2018. More room to write. Fewer tracking bubbles.
This is a full-size 3-month daily planner notebook based on my Emergent Task PlannerTM (ETP) design. It uses open-flat double-wire binding to hold its 46 double-sided pages together. The notebook is printed and assembled right here in the United States by a small commercial printer local to me here in New Hampshire.
The paper in this notebook is a thick, durable stock that holds up well to fountain pens (tested with a Lamy Safari medium-nib fountain pen), tough enough to not disintegrate when an eraser or coffee spill comes in contact with it. This notebook keeps your ETP sheets handy with enough pages for up to 3 months of continuous daily planning (46 double-sided wire-bound bound sheets for 92 days total). The corners are rounded too so it's less likely to catch the edges of your bag.
HOW TO USE IT At the beginning of the day, sit with your coffee and one sheet of ETP paper. Note the three or so really important things you need to do, and estimate how long you think it'll take in one sitting. Mark this time on the pad in the "things to do" area. Then, figure out when in the day you'll do it and box it in in the day grid area. There's ample room for keeping notes and scribbling down what else is happening. At the end of the day, review how you did, and refer to the sheet on the next morning as you fill out the new one.
