Sara's books transport the reader off to Greece to feel the warm / hot sunshine from page one, even though each book stands alone... its also a brilliant series, that no matter where you start from... you have the desire to pick up all the other stories and immerse into the Greek way of life, and feel you have never known anything else but Greece. Best authoress and stories I have read for a very long time. Cannot wait for the next one.

Sara's done it again! The English Lesson is another great story in The Greek Village collection. I love the characters which keep emerging. New ones intermingled with the old ones from earlier books. Please keep on writing about them all Sara.

I actually gasped aloud! Sara has this ability to combine good prose with psychological insight. The ease at which she enables the reader to develop an affinity with the characters is testament to her abilities as a writer.

This is another brilliant book in the Greek series. Sara alexi is a very talented writer who has a great understanding of human nature. Every book is a gem to be savoured. I can't wait for the next one.
