It doesn't matter if you are new to the gym and want see some quick progress, or if you are gym junkie that wants that extra push. To increase from 5 LB to 10 LB can be just as challenging as increasing from 220 LB to 240 LB depending on your background, level and experience.
This set of Fractional Weight Plates helps you to continue to increase your weight bearing load when it feels like you can't take anymore by gradually putting on ½ LB to 5 LB extra.
The weight plates have 2-inch center holes and will fit on Olympic barbells and 1-inch barbells with an Olympic sleeve adapter.
