Orchestra leader Geoff Love provided the musical accompaniment to literally scores of artists during the 1950s and 60s but settled on the moniker of Manuel & His Music Of The Mountains for his 1960 album The Music Of The Mountains. Whilst it was a minor chart success, peaking at #17 for just one week, the project was successful enough to prompt several revisits throughout the next two decades, culminating in Top Ten single and album success in 1976.
