This simple yet highly effective, elastic foot brace relief the pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis, Sever's Disease, flat feet, fallen arches, over-pronation, and heel pain. The X Brace provides a convenient and effective solution for arch support and compression.

In its more technical definition, The X Brace's "X" design, mimicking the effectiveness of low dye taping, eases some of the tension and stress placed on the plantar fascia ligament by limiting it from stretching excessively and causing pain. Its low-profile design makes it comfortable to wear with any style of footwear. Commonly used by gymnasts as it works for the barefoot athlete allowing the balls of your feet and heels to stay in contact with the floor or apparatus, while continuing to protect your arch.

Our custom, elastic foot brace is always sold as a pair and has an integrated silicone strip on the heel strap for added comfort and grip. The inside of the arch strap has a size marking for reference. We recommend wearing The X Brace initially for a few hours per day and gradually increasing up to 12 hours per day as needed. May be worn during or after activities - with or without shoes - under or over socks. Do not wear while sleeping.
