Kelly receives a mysterious gift in the mail. A bottle. She discovers the bottle houses an ancient genie who offers her three wishes. She has no need for wealth, power, or the usual demands. Instead, she wishes for the things she wants most: a man, a family of her own, and a dear friend. Kelly gains a new power of her own, her live improves in every way, and she now has a friend in the freed genie. She has everything she could want, once her babies are born, at least. She need only make it through a magical pregnancy and the adventures it brings along, but pregnancy is difficult enough at the best of times. Kelly will have to adapt to her new powers, new situation, and even a new lover. Trials and tribulations cross her at every turn as her belly and babies grow.
