With convenient quick release buckle and Velcro side access, this wheelchair cover can easily slip over the arm on a wheelchair lift. Features a front sewn elastic band which wraps tightly around the wheelchair footrests, and a rear cinch drawstring to secure the cover bottom around the wheels. Velcro seam with a snap buckle enables use with carrier lift arms.
