TheraBand FlexBar is a flexible, durable resistance device with a ridged surface for enhanced grip during use. It is used to improve grip strength and upper extremity stabilization by bending, twisting, or oscillation movement. It has been research-proven effective for Tennis Elbow, offering a cost-effective treatment that requires no injection or expensive equipment. What color and how many repetitions should I perform for the FlexBar elbow exercise? Our experts said: The participants in the study performed 2 to 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions, twice a day. Those can be performed at once or spread throughout the day. The participants started with red FlexBars, but you might need to try a yellow FlexBar if you're not able to do the exercise. Once you can complete 3 sets of 15, twice a day, progress to the next color and reduce your repetitions. The exercise will be painful at first, but should subside within a week or 2. If not, stop and consult your healthcare provider. It should take about 4 to 6 weeks for your symptoms to resolve.
